How Hiring Staff With Us Works
A simple process for businesses that need reliable people: tell us what you need, we send checked staff, and we look after pay, compliance and replacements.
Choose the model that fits your business.
Most clients use more than one. We will recommend the right mix when we talk through your requirements.
Temporary & shift cover
Single shifts, holiday and sickness cover, or multi-week bookings. Workers are paid by us and you receive one weekly invoice.
Temp to perm
Try someone on a temporary basis first, then bring them onto your payroll when you are sure they are the right fit.
Permanent recruitment
We find, screen and shortlist candidates for roles on your own payroll, and support you through to their first day.
Managed workforce
For larger teams we can take on rotas, timesheets, compliance and on-site supervision as one managed service.

Every worker is checked before they reach you.

- Interview and work history review
- Right to work check for every worker
- References from recent employers
- DBS checks where the role requires them
- NMC or Social Work England registration for regulated roles
- CSCS cards for construction and SIA licences for security
- Site induction details and PPE confirmed before day one
One hourly rate, everything included.
You pay an agreed charge rate for the hours worked. We confirm it in writing for each role before any booking starts.
Questions clients ask us.
How quickly can you supply staff?
For most cleaning, care and general labour roles we can often put forward checked people the same day or next day. Specialist roles, such as registered nurses or plant operators, can take a little longer. Tell us your start date and we will be honest about what we can do.
What does your hourly charge rate include?
Our charge rate covers the worker's pay, holiday pay, employer's National Insurance and pension contributions, and our margin. There are no hidden extras. We give you a clear rate for each role before any booking is confirmed.
Who employs the workers you supply?
Temporary workers are engaged and paid by us, so we handle their pay, holiday and tax. You direct their day-to-day work on site. For permanent recruitment, the person you hire joins your payroll from their start date.
What checks do you carry out before a placement?
Every worker has a right to work check and references. We then add the checks the role needs, such as DBS for care and some cleaning roles, NMC or Social Work England registration, CSCS cards for construction and SIA licences for security.
What happens if a worker does not turn up?
You hear from us first. We keep in contact with workers before each shift and, if someone cannot attend, we arrange a replacement as quickly as we can and keep you updated until cover is in place.
Can a temporary worker join us permanently?
Yes. Many clients use temporary bookings to find people they want to keep. Our terms of business set out how a temporary worker can move to your payroll and any fee that applies, and we explain this before you book.
Is there a minimum booking?
We can supply a single worker for a single shift, a team for a season or a fully managed workforce. Minimum shift lengths can vary by sector and location, and we confirm them when we quote.
